Check in from 2pm Thursday afternoon, room check out 10am Sunday with use of the sewing workroom until 2pm.
If you’re not able to join us for the full three nights, don’t worry! There is also a two day option just for you. Join us from Friday 17th November 2pm at a reduced price.
Avalon Homestead, Toodyay, Western Australia (less than 1 hours drive from Midland).
2 or 3 nights nights twin share accommodation – including ensuite bathroom and linen.
Continental breakfast, 2-course lunch and 3-course dinner for Friday and Saturday night, plus tea and coffee all day. For those heading up on Thursday, we will be heading out for a group dinner at the local hotel that night. All food and drinks for Thursday night’s dinner will be at your own cost.
Private sewing workroom set up just for us. Including cutting tables, ironing facilities, lightbox for tracing, individual work spaces, and all the facilities we could need.
What to bring:
You will need to bring everything you need for the projects you plan to complete over the weekend. This includes your sewing machine, and overlocker if you wish.
Our host runs a small shop from the venue with some quilting supplies but otherwise the closest craft shop is in Midland (a 45 minute drive).
Personal effects: Linen and towels are provided so you just need to bring your clothes and toiletries for the weekend.
Three Day Retreat (Thursday 16th – Sunday 19th November): $490.00 per person
Two Day Retreat (Friday 17th – Sunday 19th November): $365.00 per person.

Bookings are now open. Click “Book Now” at the top or bottom of this page. Full registration fees will be required on booking to secure your place either via Paypal or direct bank transfer.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
1) Full registration fees are required to be paid on booking to secure your place.
2) CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel within the four weeks prior to the retreat (after 19th October 2017) or are unable to attend the retreat for any reason, there will be no refunds or transfers issued.
If you cancel before the 19th October, 2017, there will be a cancellation fee is $100 imposed. Just to be clear, you will be refunded either $390 (for three day booking) OR $265.00 (two day booking) ONLY, prior to 19th October 2017. IMPORTANT: There will be no exceptions to this so if you are unsure if you can make the retreat and are not happy to pay a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel, please reconsider your booking to avoid disappointment.
3) Should you choose to pay by direct deposit, note that your place is not secured until full payment is received. Your invoice is due 7 days from the date of invoice.
